The final day of the PMPL South Asia 2020 started with a lot of anticipation in the air. 3 teams were destined to the grab the spot for prestigious PMPL World League.

At the end of Saturday, TSM-ENTITY was leading the points-table but that was not a concern for Celtz, MegaStars and IND as ENTITY had already qualified for the world league courtesy their performance in the leage stages of the tournament.

Celtz the second-ranked team at the end of Day 2 won a Chicken Dinner in the 2nd match of Sunday and almost assured their berth for the PMPL World League, whereas, IND won a Chicken Dinner in the 1st match to dethrone Megastars from the first match.

Megastars still are in the cotention of winning the world league spot after the end of first 3 matches on Sunday. Good performances in the last 2 matches will brighten their chances.

Notably, the PMPL South Asia 2020 Finals will offer 3 World League spots. The League Stage offered 4 World League spots and Orange Rock, TSM ENTITY, GodLike and SynerGE grabbed them.

Team IND won the first match with 32 points, 15 more than U Mumba and vsg Crawlers. MVP of the match was IND’s Slayer, who registered 9 kills and inflcited 1472 damage. That was some performannce.

Standings of match 11 of finals

Coming on to the second match, Celtz reclaimed their authority and grabbed a Chiken Dinner with 32 points. This time around minnows Team Tamils were second in the match with 21 points. The unlucky but aggressive team registered 7 kills.

MVP of the match was Celtz’s Attanki with 5 kills and as many as 785 damages.

Standings from match 12 of the final week

In a mother of coincdences Orange Rock won the third match and with exact 32 points, just like Team IND and Celtz in the 1st and 2nd match of the day. Soul were the distant second with 19 points.

Orange Rock’s Mavi with 5 kills was the MPV of the match. He spent 23 minutes 52 seconds to inflict 478 damages also.
